Ann Kraase
Ann is originally from the Midwest but relocated to Houston in 1990. With a background in Corporate Sales, Advertising and Marketing spanning 15 years, followed by a decade-long tenure as a high school teacher. Ann possesses a wealth of diverse experiences, and skills. These ventures have nurtured her exceptional communication, organizational abilities, and a genuine people-centered approach.
Currently residing in Cypress with her husband, four children, and beloved doodle. Ann loves to bike, weave, and motocross, which she passionately pursues alongside her family during her leisure time.
Jeff Kraase
With over 30 years of experience in engineering and major account sales within the corporate sector, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his real estate career. His extensive background has honed his negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, enabling him to deliver exceptional support to his clients.
Jeff possesses a client first mindset, which further enhances his ability to provide outstanding service. He enjoys building long term relationships with his clients. “It is important to understand the type of service you get with a true professional.”
Madison Kraase
Madison, a proud Houston native, brings a rich blend of expertise to the table with a background in Political Science and Digital Marketing. These experiences have helped her finely tune her ability to listen, and connect with clients on a profound level. What truly distinguishes her is her unique problem-solving approach when advising clients.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Madison finds passion and excitement in activities such as rock climbing, motocross and motorcycle rebuilding, showcasing a blend of professionalism and an unwavering enthusiasm for life.
